We have to chime in to show our appreciation. We got some paint work done on one of our personal cars and were blown away. Since then we have sent three different customers there. Just heard back from our third customer who called to thank us for the amazing recommendation. So that makes four of us who have had absolutely world class service from these guys.

Incredible incredible incredible local business. Would never take a car anywhere else. The owner and another guy (David?) were just over the top class acts and wonderful people who REALLY went above and beyond. So impressed.

I had a fantastic experience with TOTAL Collision & PDR Hail Repair! This is not my first time using their services—my family has trusted them for many years. Every time, they’ve done an amazing job. After my car was damaged by hail on May 15, 2025, I was really upset, but their team made my car look like new again! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend their services!

I brought my car in for a bumper and front sensor fix and everything turned out amazing on the vehicle.

The only issue I had was that the communication wasn't great. I was told I would get a call when the parts came in to confirm drop off but I didn't hear anything so I had to call in and check. I was told that it should be done by Friday and I would get updates but I did not receive any updates so I called in Thursday afternoon. They told me it should be done until Monday and they sent me a text the day before but I never received it. I didn't get any updates on Monday either so I called in to double check that I could pick up the vehicle.

Based on the reviews it seems like I might have had a one off experience. I think the shop did an amazing job on the vehicle and seemed professional when I went in for an estimate. State farm (Eric Esch office) recommended them as well.

I had a great experience with Total Collision & PDR HAIL Repair. They were in touch with me throughout the whole process from the time my car was towed in, up until completion of repairs. They were very helpful, and took the time to explain everything step by step so that I knew exactly what was going on. They did such a great job on my car, I would have no problem referring them to anyone.

Total Colission & PDR was great. The staff was super friendly. Service was fast and the work was immaculate.

I took my Bronco to them for a pretty sharp and deep door ding. They were able to get me in right away when I called about scheduling an estimate for PDR. Getting the estimate was quick and easy. It was even significantly cheaper than an estimate from another shop . They were able to schedule the PDR the next day. I returned a couple hours after dropping my Bronco off and was blown away with how well it turned out. I would definitely go to them again if PDR or body work is needed.
