Our family recently had a mishap with our beloved 200 series Land Cruiser. The damage was isolated to the rear of the truck and drivers quarter panel but fairly deep in the body work. This shop is not so much a body repair shop as it is a body replacement shop. They are not slamming out dents and sheet metal and slapping bondo back over the wrinkles to make it look ok. They are actually replacing the metal with factory new and fixing the truck the right way. Given that i know I want to keep this truck for a very long time, getting this done the right way was important to me. The repairs turned out perfect and I wanted to give kudos to Total Collision and PDR in Arlington Heights for doing a perfect job in bringing our truck back to the way it was! If anyone has body shop business that they need done perfect, don't hesitate to bring your truck in! You can see from the pictures that the paint was a 100% perfect match, which is not easy in a Pearl white 3 stage paint! They handled insurance the whole way, aligned up the appraiser, the whole 9! I had a minor dent repaired at the free dent event on my 2013 Subaru STi, they did a great job and after talking a great deal with Yana Shaw, had great confidence in their business. I discussed some other work that I would like to have completed at a later time, and thanked her for their generosity in offering free skilled labor. A few weeks later a relatively severe door dent from an unknown individual while I was at work appeared, and I immediately knew the right place for the job. After a brief phone call with Yana I stopped by after work, got a great deal on AMAZING work, and had great discussion with Yana while the work was performed. I truly did not believe the dent would be completely fixed, yet with what seems like magic it is COMPLETELY gone as if it never happened! Highly satisfied with the work that was done (dent repair). Seen coupon in flyer which got my attention. Gentlemen came to my house-looked at the damaged and was able to give me quote right there on the spot. Even offered to take care of work right there-however agreed to come back later in the week. Took about 45 min-brought all his tools. Very happy customer.

The repair paint was a perfect match and they included undercoating to help prevent rust from reoccurring. The work was finished as promised and the staff was very friendly. I had roof damage and was quoted $1000 an $3000 from different body shops to repair. A friend suggested I try PDR and see what they suggested. They repaired it in a few hours after my initial contact and charged me $300! The
quality was superb! I get a lot of dings because I transport kayaks on my roof. I'm keeping his number!

They did an absolutely amazing job on my Maserati. Other shops said the repair couldn't be done and needed a body shop to repair. Total fixed the softball size dent inside of 30 minutes. Extremely happy.
I wanted to thank Ryan, Dawid and Hubert for the work they have done on my Harley. They were able to match a VERY rare paint code that is not sold to the public. Their work, communication and quality has been outstanding throughout this whole process.

From dealing with insurance, to updating us daily on the status of my car- he was the best! I will forever bring my car there and recommend Total Collision to anyone. By far the best experience I have had in dealing with a car repair!! I had gotten into a car accident in December 2017, and waited until October 2018 to repair my car due to the absolutely horrifying experience I had with a previous repair and insurance company~ My father actually recommended Total Collision to me, after he worked with Rob Stuart after his car was damaged after a hail storm. At first I contacted Total Collision I was extremely anxious, however Rob sensed this- and I after I explained what had happened to me previously- He was so absolutely amazing at dealing with my anxieties, and was sure that I didn’t have anywhere near the same experience that I had before. He was so patient, calm, professional with me- as was the ENTIRE staff at Total Collision. Rob kept me updated daily with where they were at in repairing my car, and what the next steps were. They even helped to assure I was secure in getting a rental/loaner car while mine was getting repaired. I can honestly say when I dropped my car off on October 15th, 2018- that I hated my car. Not only did I feel worthless and horrible about driving my car around for 10 months with half of the front end missing, but everytime I looked at my car it just reminded me of horrible experiences with it. I picked my car up from Rob Stuart and his team at Total Collision on October 31, 2018 and I was in complete disbelief that the car they were giving me was mine!!! It was absolutely gorgeous!!!! They not only waited and got the best parts for the job, but really took the time to be sure my car was safe, comfortable, and clean- I had also arranged when I got the repair to have my car weatherproofed and detailed, in preparation for the winter. I have had my car almost a week, and I still am in disbelief that it is the same car I left with them, and I am slowlu falling back in love with my Honda CRV. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car here, I feel like they authentically and truly care about your well being and satisfaction as a customer- as well as take pride in their work. As long as these guys are around, I will be taking my car there for repairs, to get detailed/weatherproofed- I am even comfortable just calling to ask normal maintence questions- which has always been a source of anxiety of me. George from Total PDR came to my house to fix a 2015 Touareg that had a door ding. I called at 10 am on a Saturday, and he was on site at 12:30 as promised the same day. He was a perfectionist and when he was done the car looked new again. Very Professional company, reasonable price and quick, quality service. Very rare these days! I would highly recommend to anybody who is particular when it comes to their cars!

I took my car here to get a few dents removed from hail and I cannot express how happy I am with the outcome!
