Had an issue with a door ding on my 5 month old Tesla. It was bugging me because the car was perfect otherwise. Spoke with Alan and set up an appointment. I was very happy with the service, and I can't even tell that there was a dent in the door now. They got the ding out in just a few hours. Highly recommended! They even coordinated a Lyft ride to/from Starbucks while I waited for the repair to complete. They even washed the car for me before completing everything. I can't recommend this shop more! Thanks so much!

My family has brought three of our Teslas here many times for repairs, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Their team is always honest, knowledgeable, and transparent about what needs to be done. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, especially with Teslas, but they consistently do quality work and take great care of our vehicles. We appreciate their professionalism, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend to any Tesla owner looking for reliable repairs!

Great experience with TOTAL Collision & PDR after my vehicle was involved in an accident. Alan was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I’m very particular about my vehicle, and Alan made sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs. When I first dropped off the car it was extremely dirty from snow and salt.. When I picked it up, it had been meticulously detailed inside and out, it honestly looked better than it had in months. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out to me. The repairs themselves were done properly, and they took the time to address even the smallest concerns to make sure everything was right.

Place is class! The lady at the front desk was very kind and offered complimentary Ubers when dropping and picking up my car and Alan did great work on my car. Finished in a reasonable amount of time and even detailed it inside and out! No uncharges or feeling of being slighted. Maybe not the cheapest place but definitely not the most expensive. They are still very reasonable and you get what you pay for with body work anyways. Hoping I don’t have to go back for a long long time but will definitely go back should I ever need to. Thanks all!

During the last big snow storm, my car ended up with quite a bit of damage to the hood. My husband found Total Collision and took my car in. They did an amazing job! Serj is a pro, and Dean was so kind. The whole team did a fantastic job, the dents are all out of my hood and with their work and some fresh paint the hood looks brand new. Honestly could not recommended them enough! We took in a dirty, salt covered, dented car and came back to a car that looked brand new lol
