Excellent, excellent place to service. Our car was fixed way ahead of estimated date and the job done was phenomenal.

At every step of the way, we had timely updates regarding the estimate, actual cost, and progress of the fix.

Picking up the car, there was a walkthrough to discuss what was done and inspect every detail. All the paperwork was in order. The EV battery charge was topped up. There's even coffee and snacks in the waiting area. All in all very professional and made us feel like a well respected special customer.

One of the best shop i worked with. My car met with an accident and entire front part was damaged.
They did phenomenal job in make it like a brand new. Paint job was flawless. And interior detailing was cherry on top.

I would recommend them any day.

Probably the best auto work experience I have had. They repaired the body and some mechanical repairs to the front of my Tesla model Y. Looked like brand new. They did great work and perfect paint. They kept me informed and finished weeks before they were expected to. They returned my car to me very detailed and clean. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Highly recommend

Had my Polestar 2 in the shop early 2025. TCPDR worked with Polestar of Lisle to get genuine name brand parts.
Process was 3 months. Continuous communication throughout. Car has been driving great all year.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the team here led by Jeff (GM), for the outstanding work they did on my car today. The hood had damage and what I feared would be an expensive repair was not the case!
The Customer Service, Professionalism, Efficiency, Cost and Integrity speaks volumes!
Each person treated me like a special Customer. As I watched others come in they were also welcomed the same way. I was offered, water, coffee, soft drinks, a pastry and even pizza!!!!
Bianca is the perfect receptionist, Dean and Alan greeted me and provided a very fair estimate...and Jeff, was probably the best person I've ever done business with! He even personally worked on my car and went above and beyond. Thank you ALL so much...You all made this experience for me seamless.
